Smoky Chicken Salad

Smoky Chicken Salad

This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made. Plus, my husband loved it! This can be on the table in 5 minutes if you have leftover chicken or just a little longer if you need to cook the chicken first. It’s one of those recipes that’s great to have for days when it’s time to eat and somehow you’ve forgotten that all of the food in the fridge is gone.

Smoky Chicken Salad

The ingredient list for this is really short. There is chicken, obviously, along with some celery and mayonnaise. For seasoning there is garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. That is it. Don’t be worried about the simplicity of the ingredients. Together the flavors are irresistible and wonderfully savory!

Smoky Chicken Salad

This is great in a sandwich or on salad greens. It’s also good on its own with some fruit and veggies for a light meal. However you choose to eat it I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, depending on how much mayonnaise you like
